The one indelible memory of Syedna Taher Saifuddin Saheb that I will always cherish is that even after seven

years of marriage I had no children and made an araz for dua. He told me something that has remained clearly

etched in my memory: “Shafa-witar-julus ni namaz adaa padhje aney Imam Husain ni zyarat vaaste jaajey.”

I went to Karbala and there my wife conceived. One of my friends – also childless – made a similar arzi.
