Need to get a Large Survey Sample

Dear mumineen
I am in the midst of designing a superior web based email system which is robust and 99.999% uptime
and can be used in snc with microsoft outlook and also on the mobile gprs service.
So I need ideas as to how to get a maximum marketing coverage
1) for data collection through online survey
2) to offer the same world wide to all mmineen and others

Please let me know what portals, forums mailing list and so forth i should look into
