Monte-Carlo...

Ingredients: 



* Boiled potato 1 medium (boiled and mashed)
* Mozzrella cheese 1/4 cup grated
* Shredded chicken 1/4 cup
* Mayo 1/4 cup
* Carrot 1/4 cup grated
* Green peas 1/4 cup mashed
* Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
* Salt
* Oil to fry
* Bread 2-3 slices
* Egg 1
Preparation Time: 
15 min
Preparation Method: 
Mix all the above ingredients except bread, oil and egg into a thick paste.
Coat slices of bread with this paste.
Cut them into 4 equal pieces.
Coat them in beaten egg. Fry them till golden.
Serve hot with ketchup/chutney.

Date Balls...

Ingredients: 



* Dry dates (khajoor) 20-25
* Milk 1 cup
* Khoya or Barfi 250 gms
* Desiccated cocunut 2 tbsp
Preparation Time: 
1 hr
Preparation Method: 
Soak dates overnight in water.
Chop them into small pieces and cook them with milk till all the milk is absorbed by the dates.
Add khoya/barfi to the dates and cook for 5 mins on medium heat.
Blend everything into a paste. Add sugar if needed.
Make balls and roll them in coconut. Serve chilled.

Strawberry and Peach Delight...

Ingredients: 
* Strawberries 10-12
* Peaches 2 medium
* Eggs 2
* Castor sugar 3-4 tbsp
* Cream 3-4 tbsp
* Flour (all purpose) 4-5 tbsp
* Vanilla extracts 1 tsp

15 min
Preparation Method: 
This dessert gets ready in just 15 minutes from scratch. A very simple and deliciously rich dish.

Cut the fruits in big chunks. Spread them on the baking tray.
Beat eggs, add cream and sugar. Keep beating.
Add vanilla extract while beating.
Add flour, one spoon at a time while continously beating.
Pour the mixture over the fruits.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 8-9 minutes on 225 deg C
The dessert will be set from top but still creamy and liquidy from inside.

Serving instructions:
Add a scoop of vanilla icecream in the serving bowl.
Pour the baked hot delight over the icecream and serve immediately.

Matar Pilau...

Ingredients: 
* Chicken stock 1 cube
* Rice 2 cups
* Whole garam masala 1 spoon
* Matar/Peas 1/2 cup
* Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
* Onion 1/2
* Oil 2 tbsp
* Green masala 1 tsp
Preparation Time: 
20 min
Preparation Method: 
Heat oil, add garam masala and finely chopped onions. Cook till onions are light golden.
Dissolve chicken stock cubes in 4 cups of water (double the quantity of rice). Add to the onion.
Add rice, chilli flakes, green masala and salt.
Cook on high heat till water evaporates. Turn down heat to low and let the rice cook.
Serve with raita/soup.

Cheese Balls...

Ingredients: 
* Potato 1 (boiled and mashed)
* Shreded chicken 1/2 cup
* Grated Cheese 1/2 cup
* Boiled noodles few strands
* Salt
* Red chilli powder
* Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
* Egg 1 (for frying, beat, add salt and red chillies to it)
Preparation Method: 
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough. If needed add bread crumbs if not proper consistency.
Make small balls, roll them into bread crumbs and dip them into beaten egg.
Deep fry at medium heat for a couple of minutes or till golden.
Serve hot with ketchup.
