Ingredients
* Boiled rice 1 bowl
* Chicken stock 1 cup
* Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon
* Chilli sauce 1 tsp
* Cornflour 1 tsp
* Boiled chicken 1/2 cup
* Capsicum 1/2 cup
* Spring onions
* Mayonaisse
Preparation Method
Boil chicken stock. Add ketchup and chilli sauce. Mix cornflour in water and add to the sauce.
Mix chicken and capsicum.
Boil till the sauce thickens.
To serve, spread the sauce and mayo on the boiled rice. Garnish with green corriander and finely chopped spring onions.
